Course Description: The sections of the BACB ethics code regarding promotion of and advertising for one’s practice are reviewed, focusing specifically on the reasoning behind the rules. Particular attention is paid to case studies, testimonials and personal presentations.
Objectives:
- List ways to share and promote ABA with others.
- Explain the importance of testimonials.
- List ways to advertise your services.
- Apply the BACB ethics guidelines to advertising one’s practice.

Rating: This course is recommended for individuals interested in the promotion of behavior analytic businesses and companies. No prerequisites are required, although a background knowledge in behavior analysis and the ethics code are recommended.
This course is eligible for BACB ethics CEs.
