Presenter: Thomas Freeman, M.S., BCBA

Includes a worksheet to guide students through the BACB’s recommendations on evaluating the effects of one’s supervision practices, including looking at client outcomes, supervisee behavior and supervision fidelity measures. Delves deeply into performance monitoring of supervisees and how to reduce reactivity and increase acceptability of being monitored.

  • Describe methods of evaluating supervisory effectiveness:

    • Based on staff performance
    • Through the evaluation of supervision fidelity
  • Determine effective methods to monitor supervisee performance and evaluate the social validity of supervisory practices

Keywords:
